Professional Experience and Expertise
Efe is a reporting and advisory assistant manager in the Accounting Compliance and Reporting department at Cerebra. He joined Cerebra in 2017.
Efe, together with his team, provides high quality reporting and advisory services to the small to medium-sized entities in her client portfolio from different sectors by using up to date technical information and by taking initiative.
He is in-charge of statutory and management reporting in compliance with the Turkish Accounting Standards (TAS), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), US Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (US GAAP) and group accounting policies; advisory services about Turkish Commercial Code, Tax Procedure Law and payments & account receivables management.
Efe is also responsible for and supervises the processes like capital increase, technical insolvency, change of address, mergers & acquisitions, registrations at tax office and Social Security Institution; cooperates with the tax and legal advisors to meet the requirements arising from the amendments made in legislation and regulation and helps his clients to fulfil their legal and tax-wise needs.

Before joining Cerebra, Efe worked as a specialist in the accounting, compliance and reporting department at Nissan Otomotiv A.Ş., a global company operating in the automotive industry between 2014 and 2016, as a financial reporting specialist at Pepsico, a global company operating in the fast-moving consumer goods industry in 2013, and as a senior assistant at PwC, a global company providing audit, tax and consultancy services between 2011 and 2012.
He attanded many techical and managerial trainings during her career.
Education, Language & Personal
Efe graduated from İstanbul Bilgi Üniversitesi, Faculty of Administrative and Economic Sciences, Economy Department, in 2008.
He completed his master’s degree in Management with International Business at the University of Chester between 2009-2010 and in Political Economy at Istanbul Bilgi University between 2013-2017.
He speaks English.
