As Samet Kalıp, we have been in close cooperation with Cerebra for many years on several projects in the areas of structuring our business processes, internal control and internal audit.

As part of this cooperation, Cerebra carried out a project to restructure our purchasing and warehouse operations. During this process, Cerebra analysed and documented the existing operations, identified areas for improvement in business processes and internal controls, made recommendations for the technological infrastructure and took an active role in the implementation of new processes.

Following the structuring of the processes, we continue our internal audit activities with the support of Cerebra. In this way, we create a continuous improvement and audit mechanism for the accuracy of transactions, the protection of assets and the management of potential risks.
