The fact that the Internal Control system is not fully mature, which is one of the main problems experienced by many rapidly growing companies, has emerged as an area that needs to be improved for our company.

After establishing the necessary infrastructure, we needed to conduct a detailed assessment of the situation by outsourcing the organization, processes and digital system. We decided that Cerebra was the right solution partner in terms of both expertise and methodological suitability, as well as the reference of our environment to Cerebra. We received internal control audit services from Cerebra within the scope of “supply chain processes”. Throughout the project, we obtained useful results in terms of planning, compliance with the plan, access to findings and reporting.
