Hüseyin Aytaş

Professional Experience and Expertise 

Hüseyin Aytaş is a senior consultant at Cerebra. He has experience in internal audit and internal control.  

Between 2019 and 2023, he worked as an internal auditor at Selçuk Ecza Deposu in the fields of internal audit and internal control. He mainly focused on internal control and audit of sales, purchasing, inventory and cost of goods sold processes. 

In 2023, he joined Cerebra and is involved in projects related to fraud audit, forensic accounting, internal control and internal audit. 

In the field of internal audit and internal control, he mainly undertook the following tasks: 

• Carrying out the audit activities of the company in accordance with internal audit standards. 

• Evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency and adequacy of the internal control system regarding business processes. 

• Establishing and reviewing preventive/detective internal control mechanisms to prevent fraud and corruption risks. 

• Analysing and reporting the findings of the audit work and making practicable and value-adding suggestions.
