Fikret Sebilcioğlu Reappointed to TEİD Board of Directors

Known for his long-standing contributions to the promotion of business ethics, corporate compliance, and the fight against fraud, Sebilcioğlu will continue his efforts under the TEİD umbrella in the new term.

The 13th Ordinary General Assembly took place at the Tekfen Tower Conference Hall with strong member participation. Following the assembly, during the first Board of Directors meeting of the new term, Av. Rana Hoffman, Deputy Chief Legal and Compliance Officer at Koç Holding, was elected as Chair of the Board. Aslı Ertekin, Ethics and Compliance Manager at bp, and Kayra Üçer, Partner at Hergüner Bilgen Üçer Attorney Partnership, were appointed as Vice Chairs.
