About Ethics and Reputation Society
Ethics and Reputation Society (TEİD) was established in 2010 by the leading companies of our country to ensure that business ethics become the cornerstone of the written culture of all companies operating in Turkey. It aims is to guide its members and stakeholders in creating and implementing business ethics policies and to support in ensuring that the ethical values of the organization are adopted by all administrative and commercial functions of the organization, to make it a way of doing business.
The number of corporate members of TEİD is around 220.
Considering the structure and volume of the Ethics and Reputation Association’s corporate members, it can be seen that its members form a mixed community comprised of multinational corporations with domestic and foreign capital, all prominent in the Turkish economy, consisting of 15% of the GNP of the Republic of Turkey and employing over 800,000 people.
Cerebra’s Contribution to TEİD
Cerebra has been a corporate member of TEİD since 2015. Cerebra engages in significant advocacy activities at TEİD, especially in the areas of internal investigations, occupational fraud, anti-corruption, fraud risk management, anti-fraud controls and third-party risk management.
Cerebra executives teach courses on internal investigations and internal controls at TEİD Academy. Cerebra has also produced many blog posts and articles to be published in the association’s magazine and website.
Additionally, Cerebra managing partner Fikret Sebilcioğlu has been a board member of TEİD since 2007.
