As Cimpor Global Holdings, we decided to work with Fikret Sebilcioğlu within the scope of the international quality “Compliance Training Project” for more than 5000 employees in 9 different countries and 3 continents where we operate as Cimpor Global Holdings. In this context, Mr. Fikret first prepared 9 different trainings by considering Cimpor Global’s “Compliance Policies and Procedures”.

With this approach, compliance trainings on universal issues have been made special and unique to Cimpor and the cement industry. Not content with this important input, meetings were held with the CEOs of the various countries to contribute to the content and quality of the training. Once the preparatory phase of the work was completed, the phase of visual and video recording of the training sessions in 4 different languages began.

From now on, all our employees will actively follow the trainings prepared within this framework. Our new colleagues are also required to complete this training as part of the recruitment process. In addition, in the last few months, seminars in Turkish and English were held by Mr Fikret to raise awareness of compliance and ethics issues for senior management only, which met with great interest. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Fikret, who has been my dear friend for many years.
