We met with Cerebra regarding our need over internal control processes. Our aim was to be reviewed and analyzed by an external eye to see the weaknesses or deficiencies of our existing internal control system.

Once we reached Cerebra, they reverted us in a pretty professional manner and explained us the road map in detailed. As a tailor made approach, they made their own review on our internal control processes and procedures. Accordingly, they focused on the vulnerable points that may create any risk in the future. Not only this, but also over the IT & ERP system they had a system control as well. They did not limit their work only by controlling the existing system, they also proposed us any kind of improvement advises too. It is also important to say that during on-site studies, interviews with the workers and keeping them involved with the process was also occurred without interrupting the ongoing works at the departments.

At the end of the project, the outcome of the findings and conclusions were beyond our expectations. The results of the report were applied to the existing company processes accordingly. As a result, we believe that our internal control processes have moved to a much reliable and assuring level against any potential risk that may occur in the future.
