One of the requirements of the Turkish Commercial Code is “the preparation of annual accounts” of all joint stock and limited liability companies. The Ministry of Trade and Customs has published a communique regarding the preparation of annual accounts.

In accordance with this communique, the annual report for the year end should be prepared by the board of directors of the Companies until the end of February of the following year. Then, the annual report should be made available at the company premises for the review of shareholders before the general assembly. This report is not delivered to any authority but should be kept at the company premises for 5 years.

Cerebra provides services for the preparation of this report on behalf of the board of directors.
